Our booking policy
You can make reservations through our online system for up to six guests or by emailing us on email@example.com for larger parties.
Our outside terrace is open for lunch and dinner. Note, you can only book outside area online for lunch, not dinner. Simply add a special request to your reservation and ask to be seated outside. Weather permitting, we will be more then happy to have you enjoy your meal on the terrace.
We require a deposit of R250 pp to secure dinner bookings for 4+ guests and R300 pp for 10-18 guests. Please take note of our cancellation policy so we can refund your deposit in case of changes. Reservations for 1-3 guests will be re-confirmed on the day – please ensure that we’re able to reach you as reservations that are not reconfirmed, cannot be guaranteed.
Reservation Changes & Cancellation Policy
A decrease in numbers will not affect your deposit if made before 10h00 on the day of your reservation, but thereafter the deposit for non-arrivals will be forfeited. Numbers may be increased subject to availability.
You will receive a full refund should you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours, for reservations of 3 to 9 guests, and 48 hours, for reservations of 10 to 18 guests, prior to the start of your booking.
A discretionary 10% service charge is added to all tables of 6 or more guests and to bills where a voucher discount / deposit has been applied.
Unfortunately no children under the age of five years are permitted in the evenings.
Our Dress Code is smart casual, no short trousers or t-shirts in the evenings please.
Daytime – limited street parking is available close by, or park at the Jewish Museum Parking on the School Ground in Hatfield Street, or the Gardens Shopping Centre (a five minute walk). Parking is not always guaranteed so we recommend taking a taxi or an Uber.
Evenings – there is ample off street parking in Barnet Street and our car guard will watch your car.

We aim to keep your dining experience safe, comfortable and enjoyable. In order to do so, we’re implementing a series of safety protocols, but will aim to keep them as unintrusive as possible. If you’re not feeling well, please rather postpone your visit to another evening.
