The Aubergine Experience is designed to ensure that you enjoy the best of South Africa’s cooking with the best of its wines. Consequently our wine list is structured to complement the uniqueness of Harald Bresselschmidt’s culinary creations.
Not only does this mean that all of South Africa’s wine growing regions and grape varieties are represented but we make it the hallmark of our cellar that a wine only earns inclusion if it reflects genuine authenticity, a distinctive personality and a true sense of place or ‘terroir’.
