Cinq-A-Sept literally meaning 5-7 is Aubergine Restaurant’s original concept of sophisticated relaxation. The time is intended to be spent with friends or colleagues, or to escape the dreaded rush-hour traffic and enjoy a light pre-theatre meal, classic cocktails and delicious hors d’oeuvres.
Cape Town enjoys sultry summers, with long days and splendid sunsets and balmy evenings. The charming garden terrace, with views of Table Mountain and Devils Peak, has a soothing water feature and a ‘chill-out’ lounge and bar. Weather permitting, guests are partial to dining outside, but can also enjoy the comfort and warmth of the lounge inside. Cinq-A-Sept is served Monday-Saturday between 17h00 and 19h00.
